At £10m+ the constraint is never the founder or the CEO. It's the leadership team beneath them. I take your senior leaders through The High Potential OS together: one retreat to align, then the coaching and offsites that make it stick all year.
"I have rarely seen a more captivated audience. They hung on your every word."
Jill Hilton, Director of Emerging Giants, KPMG
"The third time we've hosted Alex. I always come away motivated and full of new ideas, for the business and for myself."
Chris Stott, Office Senior Partner, KPMG
The £10m problemThe company has outgrown what one person can hold.
At £1m the founder is the business.
At £5m the founder is running the business.
At £10m the founder should be leading the business but only if the people around them are truly leading their parts of it.Most leadership teams at this stage have never been built. They've been assembled. Each leader is good at their function. They are rarely aligned on direction, rarely honest with each other, and almost never held to the same standard. The company grows to the ceiling of whatever the team can collectively manage and no further.
The work I do with leadership teams installs the same operating system the founder is using across the senior team so the company stops depending on one person's energy and starts running on shared standards, shared direction, and shared accountability.
Your ceiling is your team's collective capability. I raise both.
The engagement is built in phases. Each one builds on the last so by the end of the year your leadership team has a shared language, shared standards, and The High Potential OS running at every level of the business.
Before any retreat, I spend time with the founder and each senior leader individually. What's working, what isn't, what people won't say in the room. The diagnostic shapes everything that follows the agenda, the dynamics to surface, the conversations that need to happen.
This is where the team gets built. At a carefully chosen venue somewhere that strips away the day-to-day and demands presence the leadership team works through The High Potential OS together for the first time. Direction is set. Norms are written. Accountability is installed. Everyone leaves knowing what they're responsible for and what the team expects of them.
Day one: identity, culture and the people operating system.
Day two: vision, direction, strategy and the quarterly plan that leaves with the team.
After the retreat, the real work begins. Monthly group coaching sessions either in-person or virtual where the leadership team answer for the commitments they made in the room, surface the problems they're carrying, and keep the OS alive in the day-to-day. I'm in the room not as a consultant but as an honest voice the team trusts.
Every quarter the leadership team comes back together at an offsite for a one-day session: reviewing the plan against reality, correcting course, resetting the quarter ahead. These are not review meetings. They are the moments the team holds its identity together and decides what the next 90 days requires of it.
This is not a team-building day. It is a sustained intervention that changes how a leadership team leads. It is designed for companies where the growth has outpaced the team's ability to lead it where the founder is still the ceiling.
I work with a small number of companies each year. Each engagement is designed from scratch around your team, your dynamics, and where your company is heading.
Enquire about your teamRevenue has outpaced the team. The founder is still making decisions that should sit with others. The leadership team is functional but not yet unified or truly accountable.
New hires from big companies are in the room. Culture is fragmented. The leadership team has never been properly built because it was assembled fast and is starting to show the cracks.
The business needs to demonstrate it runs without the founder. Leadership depth, documented systems and team performance are the deal. This is the work that makes that possible.
At £10m+ you have talented individuals. What you rarely have is a shared operating system — a common language for how decisions get made, how standards are held, and how the company moves when you're not in the room.
The High Potential OS changes that. It's not a workshop. It's not a 360 review. It's a structured installation across your whole senior team, so the company runs on shared principles instead of one person's energy.
The goal isn't a better team meeting. It's a company that scales without you.
Every offsite and retreat is held at a venue chosen to create the right conditions. Somewhere the team can actually think, reconnect, and lead. No conference centres. No boardrooms. Places that signal this matters.
Every engagement is bespoke. The conversation starts with understanding where your company is, what the team dynamic is, and what needs to change.
"The sessions are great. I take a ton of value away each time, and I'll be implementing all the actions."
Rich Johnson, Founder and CEO, Sports 3.0
"If you're looking for a program to scale your business and team, Alex is the one to work with."
Marius Kraus, Founder and CEO, Herzkopfathlet Performance

A shared operating system installed across your leadership team: shared language, shared standards, and shared accountability that scales the company beyond one person.
