Can I attend just the October retreat without an annual membership?
The retreat is one quarter within the annual Collective membership. The system is designed to build across all four retreats the October one deepens the work from the summer. If you're new, you'd join from the October retreat and carry through into 2026 as a full year. We can discuss this on the call.
What's included in the Annual Membership?
Four quarterly retreats, monthly group coaching sessions with Alex, access to the Global Leader Network, on-demand resources and trainings, and the full High Potential OS curriculum that unfolds across the year. Full details are on the Annual Membership page.
Where is the October retreat held?
The best places in the UK to think clearly. Location is shared with confirmed attendees we choose venues specifically for the conditions they create: away from distraction, built for deep work and honest conversation. Accommodation is included.
How selective is the application process?
Every application is reviewed individually. The cohort only works if every person in the room is calibrated to the same standard £1M+ revenue, a genuine problem on the table, and the willingness to be honest about the business. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you. If there's a better entry point, we'll point you there.
