Terms of Service

Last updated:
May 15, 2026

These terms govern your membership of Tomorrow's Potential. Read them once. They're written in plain English because we'd rather you understood what you're agreeing to than skimmed past the legal language.

If you don't agree with any of this, don't join. If you're already a member and disagree with something we change, tell us and we'll talk it through before it applies to you.

1. Who we are

Tomorrow's Potential is operated by Tomorrow's Potential Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16317790, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.

You can reach us at alex@tomorrowspotential.com.

When we say "we," "us," "our" or "Tomorrow's Potential" we mean the company. When we say "you" or "member" we mean you, the person who applied for and was accepted into membership.

2. The membership

Membership is annual, billed in advance, and runs for 12 months from the day you join.

It includes: access to the private Slack workspace, a matched cohort of 6 to 10 founders, monthly expert AMAs, monthly masterclasses, the content vault, the partner ecosystem at member rates, and two retreat days per year at member pricing. The current offering is detailed on tomorrowspotential.com and inside the member onboarding documents. The specific composition of benefits may change over time as the membership evolves. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance.

Membership is personal to you. You cannot transfer it to anyone else. You cannot share your Slack access, AMA recordings, masterclass materials, or content vault assets with anyone outside the membership.

3. Application and acceptance

Membership is by application only. We accept roughly one in four applicants. The decision is ours.

Reasons we reject applications include but are not limited to: revenue stage outside our target range, business model misalignment, geographic mismatch with our London-anchored first year, capacity constraints in your target cohort, and our judgment about cultural fit with the existing room.

We don't owe you a reason for rejection beyond a courtesy response, but we'll usually give you one anyway.

4. Payment and refunds

The annual membership fee is £4,950, payable in full at the point of joining. Payment options including monthly instalments are available on request to alex@tomorrowspotential.com.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you join, during which you can request a full refund for any reason by emailing alex@tomorrowspotential.com. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.

If we remove you from the membership for breach of these terms, no refund is owed.

If we make a material change to the membership that you reasonably believe reduces the value of what you signed up for, you can request a pro-rata refund of the remaining months. We'll discuss it. We try to be fair.

5. Renewal

Membership renews automatically at the end of each 12-month term unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.

We will send you a renewal reminder by email at least 45 days before your renewal date. The reminder will confirm the renewal price, which may differ from the price you originally joined under. Any price change will be communicated in writing at least 45 days before it applies to you, giving you time to cancel if you choose not to renew at the new price.

To cancel before renewal, email alex@tomorrowspotential.com. Cancellations received within 30 days of the renewal date may not prevent the next year's fee being charged. We will, where possible, accommodate late cancellation requests on a discretionary basis, but the 30-day notice window is the standard.

If you cancel, your membership runs until the end of your current paid term. Access to Slack, the content vault, and other member resources is removed within 14 days of your term ending.

6. How you use the membership

You agree to:

  • Treat other members with respect and confidentiality.
  • Keep what's said inside the Slack workspace, the cohort channel, the AMAs, the masterclasses, and the retreat days inside those spaces. No screenshots without consent. No quoting members in public without permission. No sharing recordings.
  • Show up honestly. The room only works because people tell the truth.
  • Engage in good faith with your cohort, including the Monday prompts, the monthly hot-seats, and the year-round Slack threads.
  • Not use the membership to sell to, recruit from, or otherwise commercially target other members without their explicit consent.

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or membership materials with non-members.
  • Use the membership for purposes incompatible with what it's for, including bulk lead generation, pitching investment opportunities to the room, or any form of harassment or abuse.
  • Bring guests to retreat days, AMAs, or member-only events without prior agreement from us.
  • Misrepresent your stage, revenue, role, or other application details. We rely on what you told us being true.

7. Confidentiality

What happens inside the room stays inside the room. This includes the Slack workspace, cohort channels, AMA conversations, hot-seat discussions, masterclass Q&A, retreat day discussions, and any 1:1 conversations between members where confidentiality is implied or stated.

Members who breach confidentiality may be removed without refund. Severe or repeated breaches may also be subject to legal action, particularly where they cause demonstrable harm to another member or to the business.

This confidentiality obligation survives your membership ending.

8. The partner ecosystem

We've negotiated member rates and access with a curated network of partner providers, including longevity clinics, performance coaches, diagnostic providers, wearable brands, and other health and performance services.

Important things to understand about partners:

  • We do not provide medical, health, financial, legal, or therapeutic services. Partners do. Your relationship for those services is between you and the partner.
  • We may receive referral fees or revenue share from some partners. We disclose this on the partner pages inside the membership. The disclosure does not affect the rates members receive.
  • We curate partners we trust, but we do not guarantee their work. Partners are independent providers. If something goes wrong with a partner service, your remedy is with the partner, not with us.
  • We may add, remove, or change partners over time. The composition of the partner network is not a fixed feature of the membership.

9. Health-related content and discussions

A meaningful part of what we discuss inside the membership relates to health, performance, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and longevity.

Nothing inside the membership constitutes medical advice. We are not doctors, dieticians, sleep physicians, or licensed health practitioners. AMAs with experts are educational. Conversations between members are peer discussions. Partner services are delivered by independent licensed providers.

Before acting on any health-related information you receive inside the membership, consult a qualified medical professional. Specifically, before changing medication, starting new supplements, undertaking significant dietary changes, or beginning new exercise regimes, get qualified medical advice.

If you have a medical emergency, call 999 or your local equivalent. Do not post in Slack.

10. The tools we use and your data

We use third-party tools to deliver the membership. These currently include:

  • Slack as the primary community workspace. Slack's terms and privacy policy apply to data you post there.
  • Circle historically and during the transition period. Members are being migrated to Slack.
  • ActiveCampaign for email communications and CRM.
  • Google Workspace (including Google Meets) for video calls, hot-seats, and AMAs.
  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Anthropic's Claude and other AI tools internally to help us produce materials, analyse member feedback, and improve the experience. We do not feed member-identifiable conversations from Slack or hot-seats into AI tools without explicit consent.

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, available at tomorrowspotential.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

You retain ownership of the content you post inside the membership. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it to other members, store it on our platforms, and use it internally for community moderation, support, and improvement. We do not sell member content or use member identifiable information for marketing without consent.

11. Intellectual property

We own the membership, the brand, the masterclass content, the frameworks we publish, the AMA recordings (subject to expert co-rights), the partner directory, and the materials inside the content vault.

You can use this material for your own purposes inside your business. You cannot republish, resell, or distribute it externally without our written permission.

Members own what they post inside Slack and during hot-seats. We will not republish member contributions externally without permission. Internal moderation, archiving, and use within the community is permitted.

12. Removal and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your membership without notice and without refund if you:

  • Breach confidentiality in a way that harms another member or the business.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or our team.
  • Use the membership to commit fraud, breach the law, or commit any act that damages other members or the business.
  • Repeatedly behave in ways that damage the room, even if no single act would warrant removal on its own.

We may also remove you for reasons unrelated to your behaviour, including circumstances where your continued membership is incompatible with the integrity of the community. In such cases, we'll refund the unused portion of your fee pro-rata.

You can leave the membership at the end of your paid term by emailing alex@tomorrowspotential.com at least 30 days before your renewal date. Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are at our discretion.

13. Events and retreat days

The Performance Summit and the Operator Day are paid events run inside the UK at venues we contract directly.

Tickets are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. Cancellations earlier than 30 days are refundable minus a 15% admin fee.

Attendance is at your own risk. Where we contract third-party providers for diagnostics, coaching, or services on the day, your relationship with those providers is direct. We facilitate access. We don't carry liability for their work.

14. Limitation of liability

We try hard. We will make mistakes. Some things will go wrong.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the membership in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss arising from advice or information given to you by other members or by experts inside the membership.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. If we make a material change that affects you, we'll let you know by email or inside Slack at least 30 days in advance.

If you don't agree with a material change, you can request a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your fee and leave the membership by emailing alex@tomorrowspotential.com.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We'd rather resolve disputes informally. If you have a complaint, email alex@tomorrowspotential.com first. We will respond within 14 days and try to find a resolution that works for both of us.
